Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
EcoPawTech is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations when shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ecopawtech.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
